Please contact your insurance carrier directly to start the claims process. Some companies will set up dedicated phone numbers for storm claims and if we have already received the phone number, it is listed here. Some will go to the regular claims department and then be routed to the catastrophe team. As you can imagine, the call volume will be extremely high so keep trying if you can't get through.
